The Bald Barista is one of the few places in Dublin that consistently delivers good coffee. I was there this morning meeting a good friend and was delighted that the Aungier Street location suited both of us. We got there around 10am just a little before the breakfast rush ended. Even in my most pretentious moments (and those that know me would probably say I’ve more than anybody’s fair share of those) I wouldn’t claim to have a palate than can discern the subtleties in every dish I taste.
