A fly and a flea in a flue

I was on holiday recently (hence the pause in service) and while trying to deal with bites from small flying things a friend of mine from Switzerland thought me this limerick:

A fly and a flea in a flue
Were imprisoned, so what could they do?
Said the fly, “Let us flee!”
“Let us fly!”, said the flea.
So they flew through a flaw in the flue.

It doesn’t take away the annoying itch caused by those midges and mosquitoes, but it does make me laugh.
